If it is listed as working then it has been tested and works despite the physical wear. Please see pictures or ask questions for additional details. Good – May have light wear to case and or disc. Disc light wear could consititute minor scratches on the back. Please see pics or ask questions for additonal details! Very Good – Little to no wear on case or Disc 🙂 Like New – Its just missing the shrink wrap or has very seldom been used. PC Games are always sold untested as I do not have a means to test them, however if discs look to have any physical defects that will be listed within the description! Any purchase of an item that requires an activation code or if in the pictures of a listing you see there is a downloadable content card we always sell the code as is. We cannot guarantee the status of any activation code and if it has been used or not and or if it’s expired. If we can assure the functionality of the code or card we will do so in the details of the listing. Any console sold with digital games included cannot be guaranteed to remain on the system if the buyer were to delete an old user profile or if they were to format the console. Any digital games listed are confirmed working at time of sale and the seller is not responsible if the games are removed or rendered non-playable by the buyer. I offer combined shipping and further discounts with multiple items purchased! We procure a lot of our items through Bulk Auctions from big box stores and try our best to accurately describe the item and test it when possible. If you receive your item and are less then satisfied or if you find a defect or issue we may have missed please message us directly so we can work towards a positive resolution! Returns for defects are accepted on all items and we will do whatever it takes to ensure you’re a happy customer at the end of the day who is willing to shop with us again! If you purchased an item by mistake and would like to cancel please do so right away as once the item is packed we cannot reverse / cancel the order once it’s in the hands of the carrier. Any item returned due to buyer error will be charged a re-stocking fee Any item shipped back to the seller due to buyer address error or rejection of package the buyer will be responsible for any additonal shipping costs. Please note that we ship within 1 business day of payment clearing and unfortunately do not have control over the package once it is in the hands of the carrier. Any delays or lost shipments will be handled by the buyer and the respective carrier as it was out of scope and control of the seller.
