For personal federal taxes. Also includes schedule C for sole proprietor small businesses. Not for corporations. Factory sealed retail boxes. The 2006 Premier and the 2007 Home & Business boxes may have minor but noticeable cosmetic damage. The 2008 Home & Business box is in nice condition. Important Note: The packages indicate that the CD includes one free state download. We are quite sure that the state download for 2008 is no longer being supported by Intuit (the manufacturer of Turbotax) for some reason. We presume that the 2006 and 2007 state downloads are still being supported because we haven’t heard otherwise– but we are not 100% sure. The packages we are selling are no different in this regard than any other legitimate packages being sold on Ebay or elsewhere online except our prices are often better.

The 2008 Home & Business box is in nice condition. Important Note: These packages indicate that they are for Federal and State taxes. However, it appears that Intuit (the company which produces Turbotax) discontinued support for 2008 state taxes in late 2013. It now appears to be impossible to download any Turbotax 2008 state tax software. This is true whether you purchase the Turbotax 2008 Home & Business software from us or from one of our (normally more expensive) competitors. So you might as well save money by buying this package from us. (At least we disclose the problem to you in advance.) It seems odd that Intuit has discontinued the 2008 state tax support for Turbotax since it appears that many years of Turbotax prior to 2008 still allow state downloads! If you have any insight into this issue (or a potential solution) please let us know. Because of this we no longer claim that the Turbotax 2008 Home & Business software which we sell will allow you to do a state tax return. Keep this in mind when ordering. We haven’t had any customer indicate having a problem using the 2007 State download which is included with the 2007 Home & Business packages we are selling.

Turbotax 2006 and 2007 Premier with state for Windows and Mac. New but ugly retail boxes. If you want Turbotax 2006 and 2007 Premier software in nice looking boxes DON’T BUY THESE! If you don’t care what the packaging looks like and want to save money on sealed boxes then BUY THIS! The covers on both boxes have significant damage and look fairly pathetic. Even the inner sealed case on the 2007 package may have some noticeable damage. Since the photos shown here are only 2 dimensional photos it may be difficult to visualize the warping, scuff marks, wrinkles or denting which these packages have. The photos are representative of the ugliness of the packages. However the packages you get may vary somewhat from the photos shown here. However, we do guarantee that neither CD is damaged. Ideal for doing 2006 & 2007 taxes. Genuine! Both include schedule C for sole proprietor small businesses but do not include Expanded Schedule C Guidance like the Home & Business version does. Not for corporations. Returnable if the CD is defective or damaged but not for ugliness of the packaging.
