New Turbotax 2005 Deluxe with free state download. For Windows and Macintosh. Genuine. Sealed retail box but package was apparently sprayed with yellow spray paint to try to obscure the UPC bar code for some reason. Some of the yellow spray paint has ended up on the the other side of some of these packages and may also be on the front and/or top and/or bottom of some of these. However, the packages are sealed and the contents are fine. We don’t know why these were spray painted like this but these are legitimate and genuine packages. In any case, we are authorized to liquidate these. We have been authorized software liquidators for nearly 40 years now. Note: The extent of the yellow spray paint and appearance of the package you actually receive may be slightly different than the one in the photo but will be essentially similar overall. Also, some packages may have other slight imperfections other than the spray paint. Ideal for doing personal 2005 federal and state taxes. Also has schedule C for small sole proprietor businesses and schedule SE (self-employment tax). Not for corporations. Please be advised that some recent buyers of this item have indicated having difficulty getting this software to do the updates and/or state download. We include a special sheet of tips of things to try if you do encounter problems like this. We are certain that the packages which we sell will work as well as any other legitimate Turbotax 2005 Deluxe packages being sold on Ebay. One of the best ways to increase your odds of having success with old versions of Turbotax is to have access to more than one different computer model– preferably with a different version of Windows. Many installation and updating problems with old Turbotax versions seem to be unique to certain computers. Very few people with access to multiple computer models have insurmountable issues with old Turbotax version installation and/or updating. In rare instances buyers encountering insurmountable issues with old Turbotax versions may need to try a different brand of tax software for that year such as the H&R Block tax software which we often also offer on Ebay.
